They are a well stocked tackle and fieldsporting store with knowledgeable people very willing to help and offer assistance. They are depleted of guns and ammo at this time, but that is not their fault. The pandemic and citizens run on guns and ammo has caused shortages throughout the United States.

What I have found shopping and visiting Tackle and Field, over the past number of years has been that I appreciate the conversation, and advice much more than I thought when coming to a place like this. I have dealt mainly with Ken, Timmy, and Chris, and everytime I've been in the store they have been extremely helpful and courteous. I prefer to shop local for outdoor sporting goods and it has its advantages dealing with a reputable business, that employees people who truly love the outdoors as much or more than their customers do. The staff here is very helpful when it comes to selecting the right equipment for the situation and don't try to sell you anything that you don't need. The real value with a store like this one, is the advice, and friendships you build over the years.

Went here to get my first fishing rod and reel. Given excellent advice by owner on what gear to get as a first time fisherman. Was shopping on a budget and not pressured with any up sell. For a great price I got great gear and will return for other outdoor needs.
