They won't pick up the calls night. Very bad emergency services.

Good infrastructure. Moderate facilities. But very poor public relations. No complaints about the Doctors or medical staff we have entertained. Some of the lower level staff are rude and actually they don't know about good customer relationship. They don't know what are their duties, but pretending to be suffering the full load of hospital . Some other dedicated staff are seen hard working. But overall rating at the moment is very low. The hospital authorities may recall that the income of most private hospital become less than 30%wrt pre-covid period. Avoiding a sub-standard institute may be better with a further travel of 25km in most cases.

My experience is good. Currently NIMS is more concentrating on quality service delivery and patient safety practices. I heard the Hospital is entering to a second level of expansion with more doctors and facilities.
