Small paint shop with plenty of stock and a mixing station. Friendly staff who are happy to help. Covid sanitation in place and masks a must. Keep up the good work!

I agree with other comments. Great shop, not such nice staff. I asked for some help with knots and sap in outdoor furniture. I got the response that that’s what happens if you buy cheap furniture! This was an Alexander Rose chair I was talking about . Another time I’d bought the wrong white just the day before and was served by the same man whose name I happened to know. He refused to exchange the unopened tin saying I could have bought it anywhere. I said I didn’t want a refund and said that I thought he must recognise me but nothing! I waited 15 mins while he trawled through the takings from the previous day until he eventually found my sale of not a small amount. Unpleasant. They need some training, I think.

Had the same experience as another reviewer who said a male member of staff made them feel stupid. Rather than offering advice on how to complete my project, he told me that the issues I was having couldn't be happening and that there was no reason to use the paint I wanted to use. So, he talked himself out of a sale and I won't be going back.
