On 3 different occasions this Summer and Fall, I ordered Chocolate soft serve cones and on all 3 occasions got back soupy, melted and in cold cones. I was told by Owner/Manager that machine is old and it comes out that way sometimes. Never once offered my money back for the 6 cones but one time did offer a new cone? Same problem so what’s the point. Bad customer service. Disappointed and ruined brand new bicycle shirt with soupy ice cream. THANKS

I’ve been here a few times as I live in the area. This carvel leaves a lot to be desired. There’s no seating except one hot and dirty bench in the front. The guy helping us seemed to be struggling with our order (wasn’t particularly complicated) and the soft serve machine apparently wasn’t keeping the ice cream “frozen enough”. Each time we come there seems to be a disappointment. Skip this location and head a little further north for two better locations in Hicksville.

The best soft serve ice cream out there. It doesn't get better than my chocolate cone with chocolate sprinkles on a hot summer day. I do miss fudgie the whale though.
