After a day of waiting for a technician for my furnace (and him being extremely late), it was so pleasant to have Jason come the following day on time for my water heater. He was super friendly and helpful and kept me in the loop every step of the way with my repairs. If he said that he'll call or text you in an hour, he kept his word on that. He did everything in his abilities to make sure I was well taken care of. I work overnights and to have him be understanding and work around that crazy schedule was more than appreciated. I will definitely be using them again and have since saved Jason's number in my phone for those emergencies.
I definitely recommend Jason and his team to anyone in need of serious plumbing work done. We interviewed 5 other professionals before hiring Jason and Extreme Plumbing for serious excavation of a well/sump pump failure and replacement of a hot water heater. They worked quickly and diligently to get this job done all in a day’s work, while also ensuring no damage to my surrounding walls and fixtures. I would strongly recommend them as a professional, reliable, licensed plumbing & heating company.
After a bathroom flood with water coming up through the shower drain, we called Jason at Extreme Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m. and, in a panic, explained the issue. He said he could be over in a half hour and was over in a half hour almost to the minute. Once at the house, Jason (and his assistant, Danny) was able to diagnose and fix the problem. He was prompt, friendly, professional and did a great job. Afterwards, he took the time to look at some ancillary issues I had. Would definitely recommend. They did a great job.
