FANTASTIC ATMOSPHERE WITH AMAZING PEOPLE! Went there yesterday for the first time with my 3 year old son. I had them replace the battery for my watch and asked them if they had a couple of LR41 button batteries for my son's Lego Lighthouse Light. Not only did they have the batteries (I needed two) they let me try it on the light which unfortunately didn't work and didn't charge me for it. My watch is working great but most importantly, they were Professional, Welcoming and Friendly! They treated my son like he was their own. I genuinely felt like I was visiting family. I'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK! Thank you for the wonderful experience and keep up the great work!

Love this place and have gone there many times over the years. Frank, his sister, and the staff offer friendly, professional service no matter how big or small your needs. This store has a personal, small town feeling that chain stores lack. They carry beautiful pieces, and Frank (like his dad) is also excellent at designing and crafting jewelry. After my mom died, he helped me design the perfect necklace created with her engagement ring stone. It is stunning! This piece is really special for me because my treasured memories of my mom are reflected in the beauty of the necklace. I’m truly grateful! I’ve received many compliments on it. I recommend this place to others!

NIGHTMARE, Worst place to get my infants bears pierced. Frank has traumatized my baby girl! Please do not let Frank near your baby's ears. Aside from Franks hands being disgusting, cracked and bleeding, he is extremely careless. My baby girl had to have her ears pierced five times from Frank and Fran's jewelry store. They just couldn't get it right....Frank didn't squeeze the ear piercing gun all the way on the first two tries and had to redo both piercing, Finally when he figured out how to use the ear piercing gun properly, the ear piercings were not even and it was very obvious, so it had to be redone AGAIN! The next day, my baby woke up and the earring was not in her ear, Frank had failed again! I was livid! We let our baby girl's ears heal and went back and Finally, Irene (Frank's employee) got the job done appropriately. We paid 80 for this traumatic experience and Frank never even offered any type of apology or compensation for the experience my poor baby went through. After 2 months of cleaning her ears 2x/day her ears were not healing properly. Come to find out (from another keeper) the earrings Frank sold us were gold plated and not solid 14k gold!!! Frank sold us fake earrings! I changed my baby earrings to solid gold, continued to clean 2x/day and her ears healed in about a week. Please, I urge you to stay away from FRANK & FRANS Jewelry Store. Go elsewhere to get ears pierced.

I brought them my wife's engagement ring to be repaired. I chose them because they let you watch the whole process and the diamond never leaves your sight. The service was excellent and the quality of work was fantastic. My wife said the ring now looks better now than the day she got it

I had a great experience with Frank. After my engagement ring was deformed by a jeweler at Tri-County, Frank restored it like the day I got it! I'm so grateful to him. He was friendly and compassionate. His workmanship was superb! Thanks Frank!
