We recently had Chimney Magic replace the damper in our fireplace. They did a fine job. They were very good about calling ahead to let us know when the repairman would get to our house, and they called again a few days after the job was done to follow up to make sure we were satisfied with the repair. Good experience overall and would use this company again.

This company’s customer service is terrible, and their workmanship is even worse. They put caps on both my chimneys, within six months one of the caps came off. Didn’t bother to call them because I was changing my siding so I had one of them put it back. Now they come back to do routine cleaning, not even a month later other cap mysteriously off. So I call them, they wanna charge me for putting the cap back on. Needless to say you just lost a customer.

This company came to clean my chimney. The guys were clumsy. They broke off the brush in the chimney space and that was an ordeal. Today I came to use hot water and the system is shut down. They never bothered turn it back on when finished and I had to get a plumber to come repair since the lighter would not start after they did whatever they did.
Knowledgeable, professional, clean and respected our property. Couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. Mike O and Will worked effortlessly in completing the numerous tasks at hand. I would definitely use them again.
