Nick and his crew did a great job . They showed up on time, and completed the job quickly and efficiently, without any drama. No collateral damage - in spite of plenty of wires and pipes in the area. They left the job site clean and free of nails and screws. They are polite and responsive. And Nick actually returns phone calls promptly. In a nutshell, I made a great choice.

Nick is a very friendly, conscientious young man who works very hard to ensure that his customers' needs are met. Nick and his crew -- Joe and (a different) Nick -- arrived early and worked diligently to ensure that my needs not only were met, but EXCEEDED. They kept my home clean while removing many fixtures and furniture from my basement and then they cleaned up after they were done. I will use Goodelman Demolition again for future projects and I highly recommend Nick and his crew for your home demo needs. I was very impressed by the quality of Goodelman Demolition's work and the character of its crew: they are very professional and they take pride in their work.
I cant begin to express the quality work Nick and his team provided. This crew just finished demolishing a 12x16 shed in one day. Left my yard clean and clear of debris. Used Nick and Crew to demolish an old shed, swings and lawn furniture. They also removed several rooms of furniture and rugs. This company is top notch. They came on time, did what they said, for the quoted price- which was fair and were all around good guys to work with. I would recommend Goodelman to anyone for sure.
