The technician was great to work with and very professional. The technician took time to explain all work items and the issues they found. I have an older HVAC system but it's still operational. The technician did explain issues with my water heater. I have been purchasing the coupon for years and it's a great value but I get a little tired of them always attempting to up-sell me on a new system. I'm not sure if I will purchase the coupon for next year. I'm giving them a 5 because of the technician's work and value but watch out on the up sale.

I would definitely recommend Hard Hat Heating & Air Conditioning. Their technician came out on a very cold day to replace my furnace. It seemed like a busy day for them, but they communicated well and came right on time. Their charges were very reasonable. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Hard Hat Heating & Air Conditioning technicians are very professional. They arrived on time, checked and tested the furnace and the air conditioner, explained to me what was causing the furnace blower to keep running without stopping and had the problem solved. I would definitely recommend them.
