I leased a Lincoln Navigator from Hassett. My salesperson, Tim Coppola, was great. Very easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Purchased my end of lease in May. Stopped in service to make appointment for a recall. Was told we'll order the parts ahead great. Waited 3 weeks for parts and appointment. Picked up loaner. Got call about 2 hours later they didn't have the parts! Had to wait another 2 weeks for the parts again return back to the dealership to pickup another loaner. Called in September for an inspection was told 4 WEEKS wait list. Went to Jiffy Lube in and out 15 minutes no appointment. Posted here on Google 1 star got call from manager Kyle. Was very nice and agreed it shouldn't take 4 week for inspection or oil change. Promised the are working on making things better. Even noted my records to have car detailed when I come back from my trip for oil change. Deleted my 1 star rating. 2 weeks later called for oil change again told 3 WEEKS FOR OIL CHANGE! Mentioned Manager Kyle told if I could LEAVE THE CAR they could do it in a week and a half. So for an oil change I have wait 10 days then be without my car most of the day! Have another recall will go back to Hempstead Lincoln from now on. Never had a problem with them. Always got appointments with loner within a week and simple oil changes usually the next day just waited for my car less than an hour in and out.
