Jacki is beyond knowledgeable and knows her business thoroughly. Though I tried on several wig styles, the first one that Jacki chose was perfect. She nailed the style and color immediately. She is kind and patient. Jacki makes a difficult experience less so with her empathy and experience.

Jacki was nothing but amazing during this difficult shopping experience. She greeted you with a smile and a positive attitude. At 29 years old you never imagine you'd be losing your hair and needing a wig but she made the process effortless. Right now due to COVID it's by appointment only which is great. You can feel safe while shopping even when immunocompromised. She was knowledgeable in her craft and made sure I got exactly what I wanted in the style and color that I wanted. The wig came in quickly (only 5 days!) and was here just in the nick of time as I had to use it the following weekend. She even cleans and styles the wigs for you in her shop after everyday wear. I would highly recommend Jacki's Wig Works to anyone in need. Thank you so much for your kindness, Jacki.

I dont hand out 5 stars but jackie was amazing. Her styles colors and heart is incredible. She made us feel at home and welcomed. I could keep going but i think they would cut me off at some point. I highly recommend her.

As an early Birthday treat my husband treated me to a wig at this Amazing place called Jackie's Wig Works we heard about. All I can say is the owner Jackie is Wonderful! I was so impressed as was my husband with her Service and kindness he bought me 3-Beautiful wigs I received so many compliments the minute my friends saw me they couldn’t believe it was a wig, that’s how stunning her pieces are. Top notch quality, but what won me over was her genuine kindness in helping me find a wig to help me with my hair loss. She made me feel incredible. Ladies, if your in the fence about trying a wig, go to Jackie’s and let her THRILL You with her huge selection. I’m a customer for life now! God Bless her
