Wayne from Merrick Dodge hooked me up. Having been through the car purchase process before, I wasn't terribly excited about getting a new one. That was until I went to Merrick and met Wayne. He got me into the exact Ram 1500 I was looking for. It was almost too good to be true...and I say this, because **other** dealerships really will say anything to get a sale...With Merrick, I actually got straight up honesty. They won my business and I will be back for more. Cannot believe how smooth of a transaction this was. Not to mention, Wayne stayed extra late to get the deal done. I traded my Jeep in, transferred all possessions to my new truck and was out of there in a matter of 1hr. I got a great deal. Financing was painless. Thank you for making my life easier!!

What a great experience! After calling, leaving messages, speaking to rude salespeople and being dismissed by 3 other dealers in various towns on Long Island I wound up at Merrick Chrysler. I was very specific with what I wanted and Greg delivered!! He got me exactly what I wanted no muss no fuss. He returned all of my calls and never dismissed my questions or concerns. I leased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership and am extremely disappointed with the car provided. Within 2 years of the 3 year lease both headlights went out. Making an appointment to get it serviced was difficult and getting it fixed wasn't covered under the lease. It seems ridiculous to me that a brand new car would have both headlights go out and the dealership wouldn't cover it (coverage is within 2 years OR the first 18,000 miles for future reference to anyone, we had 21k miles). You'd expect the lights to go out for a used car maybe, but I guess my 15k over 3 years isn't enough to cover this 290 cost of new headlight bulbs. The entire experience was poor and I will be getting out of my lease as soon as I can and switching back to Acura. I recommend you find another dealership for your business.
