I give my car service over here Hyundai Elite i20 Diesel, I give my car to service advisor Mr Akhil, since I took my car I am giving it to him. He has very professional approach with customers and e plains a the detas in the descriptive manner and also informs if any additional services are needed for the car. Every time I contact him he will respond in a smooth manner.

It’s unfortunate that Hundai has only one authorised service Centre in Hanamakonda-Kazipet-Warangal. This led to monopoly and Hema Hundai is not able to serve the Hundai customers. Today they refused to take the car for repair even though the staff is polite and not able to meet the demand of Hundai customers. Hundai need to think and establish more service Centres to meet the demand.
