Actually, I don't want to give a star also but there is no option for me here. I have just visited the store and the employee response with rude behavior which I haven't seen in any other stores. They doesn't know the value of the frames they have and at first they say some price value e.g: Rs.1120 and while we were looking for the one we choose to buy nearly a hour then they find it online as different price like Rs.1680 and they asks us to pay Rs.1680. We just wasted finding what we want for 1 hour and hear back thats not the price we said earlier by the employee.. I hate the service at here.. It's the worst store I have been through.

Better look for other optical shops.They are least bothered about customers they dont even explain us about the models.Opticians are also not present to have check up he went out itseems.Very rude behaviour with staff they dont know how to retreat & receive the customer.I visited a other branch there the staff was good but in hanamkonda they got failed.
