purchased two tanks, needing them to be attached to catch over flow from one tank to the other. Upon purchased I explained our situation and asked where should an overflow outlet be , should we have two so we can join the two tanks together etc also required and paid for submerged pump. Was not explained to us at all that the pump is not installed into the tank as a submerged pump rather that would require a plumber to fit. Before any of my questions were answered after numerous emails and non answered phone calls the tanks were delivered with no option to join the two tanks. these tanks sat in a driveway for 6 months and to this day we still have not had a response to emails regarding the overflow options and how we can attach the tanks. The tanks are built to expectation, customer service is great to the point of payment. If I could give any advise don't pay the full amount till you have gone over the tank to make sure you get what you expected you paid for. I am looking to purchase a further two tanks but unfortunately will not be going with Waratah Tanks again.
