Second visit to this Jacuzzi showroom and the staff is super helpful. We just purchased a hot tub, member of the staff went through all the chemicals we will need and explained how to use them. Very happy with the excellent service we received.

This company really know how to make you happy and go ther extra mile to do it. Currently. i'm waiting for the delivery of my Jacuzzi on 13 Jan 2021 and to date they have made the whole process incident-free and a breeze with their site visits and vision, which afterall says a lot considering the multitude of things that can go wrong when making purchase like this. We have yet to hoist a tub over 35 ft house from the street into the designated sunken area in my garden where the tub will be permanently located, so needless to say I will revisit this review once we done. So far... in terms of support, guidance and overall help - this company are a dying breed! Henry - Chingford

My second visit here, staff at are really helpful and give good advice. Today I got some aroma therapy for my hot tub it smells lovely. So glad I have found this place it has everything I need to maintain my hot tub.

Dealt with Michael who has not only found me a tub, this side of '21 but also walked me through all the little measurements, costs and upkeep requirements - in a Covid world - over the phone and with photographs. Really happy with the service (and hopefully the tub when it comes!).

Just dealt with Tom from jacuzzi in van Hague’s garden centre, couldn’t have been more helpful gave me lots of advice and they also have a great range of fragrances for the hot tubs - would definitely recommend buying a hot tub or accessories from here!
