we were able to get a bed in a box delivered in two days which was needed because of my father in law moving in online there was a week to three weeks delivery so going to store was a good idea. i will give 5 stars if delivery is here as promised. turns out you can't return anything even if you don't open it thats ripping people off my father in law tried to get our money back on a mattress protector its whopping 180 dollars RIDICULOUS
We bought a mattress and adjustable frame at Mattress Firm Ware, MA location Saturday 1/2/2021. The price and quality were both just right! My husband and I want the store owners to know how impressed we were with Frederick Thomas. He was well informed on the products and professionally assisted us in making a selection. He was friendly, attentive and made this purchase a pleasant experience. Great job Frederick!
The guy was great and saved me a lot of money my only issue was he should of explained that if I didn’t like it I could return it. When mentioned he said he didn’t want me to do that so not talking about it. I still should of been explained my options. Besides that it was great!
My daughter needed a bed frame that sat higher off the ground. I called to see if they had any on hand. I was quoted the incorrect price and they honored the price they quoted me without me asking. When I got to the store they rang me out promptly and an associate carried the box to my truck.

We found the store clean and safe. We were the only 2 there our salesperson. Mollie was great with explaining our options and listen to our concerns. Our delivery men were courteous and took every precaution not to bring in wet or dirt .
Kind young man was managing the store location. Knowledge. Not overly ambitious. Willing to take the extra effort to close a sale...this is a difficult task that can often go good or bad, in his case he did fairly well. Well done.
