They sold us a parquet which is for gluing as a parquet which can be placed without gluing with an underfloor. Very incompetent staff. On top of that the parquet which they claimed to be class \A\ and made in Belgium was actually a low cost junk imported from China. The origin of the parquet was nowhere to be found on the box.

Store was nice. But a guy working there was no help when we asked advice. He even recommend a wrong product to us. They need to get better educated staff.
DIY shop. Staff not overly expert in explaining all the stuff they sell. But a wide range of DIY tools and materials at an ok price.
DIY shop for all kind of work or reparations you'll need in your house & garden. Not happy that they didn't accept eco-cheques to buy everything, as other brands do
