Cole Rippel helped me last week when my wheel popped and I needed my tire changed! I called AAA and he came with 30 minutes, was kind , courteous, and efficient! Really appreciate this because I was so stressed about my tire! Five stars!

I thought I had an appointment to have my car service today. The mechanic was nice enough to change my car oil early this morning as a walk in. The mechanic was very kind and explain in detail what was wrong with my tires. He placed air in them so that they were all even. I know that in general we can have bad days but isn't it nice when customers don't have to witness and hear it. The mechanics I witness today was very professional and because of that, I plan to come back here to get my car service again.

My truck was towed there by the Marcus towing where it all began. The guy showed up I was at a burger king and he didn't want to do the tow. Told me it would be easier if I wanted till after 7pm it was around noon time by the way because he would have to face the wrong way in the lot he kept trying to get out of the tow until I asked to speak to the office then he said ok I will do it . at the shop they replaced serpentine belt called told me it was ready . it squeeled real bad had to leave it another day then they finished again . they told me they couldn't get the right belt because they don't deal with auto zone or palace or advanced so they put two washers under my alternator to tighten belt . 3 weeks later started squeeling again real bad they are hacks. Very very nice reception lady on the phone that was the only good part of my experiance with marcs

These guys were great! We waited a bit for a tow, but after the excellent and quick service from the shop (that didn't totally break the bank), I can't complain about a thing. I don't think we'll go anywhere else for things we can't take care of on our own.
