My son stepped on iPad and it was completely shattered so bad. I couldn't even see a light but this guys fixed it! It took for them less than 90 minutes while I wait, also the technician was very friendly & professional. He explained and showed everything what he did on the iPad to me. Also he shoot me an offer for both case and screen protector. I am really satisfied with the service, as you can see from the picture below it works fine now. I hope he won't break it again but if he does I know where to go next time! I also have warranty for this repair without any extra charges.

Very helpful staff. I had to replace the charging port in my iPhone and it took less than 45 minutes. Reasonably priced, as well. I'll definitely go there again.

I brought my phone to the shop in a panic, because the screen and back glass were almost completely shattered. He was extremely professional and fairly priced. I dropped my phone off, and not even 40 minutes later he was already fixed front and back glass of my phone, it was ready to be picked it up. It looked like a brand new phone. Highly recommended ! Amazing staff who will cater to all of your tech predicaments. I had some very convoluted issues regarding my 2019 Mac Pro (destroyed LCD, broken battery, damaged keyboard) and they were able to fix everything and accommodate to further arising issues. Great communication as well; technician ensured consistent contact and let me know what was wrong what was being done at all times. Overall fantastic experience, no need to fret about this place!

Brought my Google Pixel 4XL here for a repair to the charging port. He ran a diagnostic (free) just to make sure it was the charging port. I only waited maybe a couple of minutes when he informed me that it needed a new port and he had to order the part. Cost was up front and he is a very honest service provider. He called when the part arrived and I dropped my phone off for the repair. Port is perfect and phone is now back to 100%. Repair was done by him in his store!! Only took roughly 3 hours! He educated me in battery care and how to preserve a full charge (as I have reduced my battery's capacity by frequently charging and charging passed 100%)!! Great shop. Will never bring my phone or family phones anywhere else! I definitely recommend this repair shop. UPDATE: My phone started having issues the following day, not recognizing the SIM card and battery draining extremely quick (as he stated the damage I caused). I called the store again and he wanted me to bring the phone in for him to look at again. Long story short, he recommended to get a new phone. The phone I brought to him apparently is known to have battery issues, and others. Quick google searches supported this. He gave me recommendations and even refunded me the money I paid for his services and repairs for the port (mentioned above). I did not ask for a refund of ANY kind. He insisted since the phone is not 100% functioning. I made my new purchase at Verizon (my carrier) on his recommendation. Just wanted this updated review here as I am a lifelong customer now for any phone repairs/questions.

My son had an iPhone 8 that needed a new screen and I didn't want to go through Apple for both timing and financial reasons. So, I called Smart phone repair in Wareham and they said they could do the change right away and it would only take 10 minutes . I was a bit skeptical but went over to check it out. The technician was fantastic and the screen was replaced in 10 minutes! The quality is great and at less than half the price of Apple's replacement. If you have a cracked screen I highly recommend their services. They also do battery replacements and other repairs, after my initial experience with them I would trust them with any repair.

broke my phone, then found them on google. I was able to text them from google and they answered me within 2 minutes. Gave me a fair price and great directions. When I got there the gentleman was pleasant and knew his stuff! He told me to come back in 30 minutes and I did and boom my phone was brand new and he even fixed a sensor. He tested everything in front of me to ensure me it worked and that they did not store there finger print! I was very impressed with the knowledge and speed of this place. Highly recommended.

FAST, RELIABLE & REASONABLE! This guys are awesome. I've called and went there for my old iPhone 6 with cracked screen and speaker problems. It was really bad smashed up. But they fixed it in no joke 10 minutes! I was also thinking that I'm gonna pay a fortune for the speaker replacement too but he just said I just cleaned it, didn't change any parts or charged me for cleaning and the best part is I got 1 year warranty from the store. Totally recommended! They have special deals too.
