Taylor Rental employees had exemplary customer service! Friendly, helpful, and they go above and beyond to help their rental customers. I was having a bad day when the machine I rented from Home Depot broke. I called Taylor Rental and they assisted me in choosing the machine right for the job, showing me how to use it with a smile, loaded it up for me, and continued to give me over the phone help when I had questions. I needed some assistance with the machine after it was at my house and they came out to service it, free of charge. Their technician Jake was super nice and it made our day of hard work (wood chipping!) less frustrating knowing that regardless of what happened, Taylor Rental would assist us with the machine. Their drop off and pick up fees are very reasonable too for those, like me, that do not own a pick up truck. I would def. recommend anyone that needs rental machines to go to Taylor Rental. Especially for those, like me, that is pretty clueless when it comes to machinery.

We have rented Equipment from other places and never had such a good experience. From the first phone call to the final transaction everyone was friendly and helpful. The folks here at Taylor Rental in Wareham have exceptional service that deserved a moment to put in a review! Even though we were a little late on a 24 hour rental they did not charge us any additional time! We will use you guys more in the future! These are the people to rent the right tool for the job from! A
