First and foremost the service was good. The waitress was attentive and friendly. However, the food and cleanliness left much to be desired. My knife had a large food stain from a previous use on it, and the burger itself was very much undercooked (ordered a medium was closer to rare-medium rare). My girlfriends lobster mac and cheese was better. The sauce was good, but the lobster was rubbery and stringy. Overall it wasn't a very good experience.

It took a while to get service but food and drinks were outstanding!! No fault on anyone (there were a lot of people there). Great price as well.

If your in Wareham area and you want great food and great atmosphere, get to The Gateway Tavern. It's the place to be ! I had Typhoon salmon. Top shelf cooking. Prepared with excellence in mind !

Very tasty bar food. Plenty of options for drinks! The appetizers were fantastic, and the mac and cheese I got was... Well... Angelic, I'd say. It belongs in heaven. Otherworldly. The mac and cheese was beautiful. It was f*cking ART, I tell ya. Get. The. Mac. And. Cheese. Anyway, yeah, I'd go here again. If you couldn't tell.

One of the perks of traveling to different places for my job allows me to eat at local spots. Great food...Salmon was perfect. Bartenders were awesome as well.
