Today was my third time through the drive thru at this Wendy's. It was 12:15 and the line was average for that time. As usual, when I got my food it was STONE COLD. The fries are ALWAYS cold and some chowder head always dumps way more salt on them than you would eat in a week. Yes, I ordered no salt today and they never fail to be cold and soggy. The burger is almost invisible now...if they get much smaller you might as well just order the bun. Don't bother stopping here...the food is awful and you will be disappointed unless you love cold food and soggy fries. Bon Appetite...

Not a lot one can say about a fast food restaurant, but I was extremely impressed with the woman working the head-set for drive through orders, I wish I got her name - she deserves a raise! She was upbeat, thorough, and when I got home, everything I ordered was there! Sounds simple I know, but every single time I order at a drive-through, there's almost always something wrong with my order! Oh, and if you haven't tried the burgers on the pretzle rolls, you've got to try them! Two patties topped with crispy onion rings, bacon (if you like, I ask it to be omitted), and cheese. They are very yummy. Great idea Wendy!!
I usually have no problems with this place but tonight was terrible. One of the sandwiches from my order was cold, there was no ice in our drinks and we weren’t informed that an ice machine was broken or anything so we were clueless that we weren’t getting ice with our drinks, our sauces were forgotten, our straws were forgotten, our fries were cold, and we got no napkins. Just about the only thing right about our order was the chocolate chip cookie.
I’ve been here twice. Once through the drivethru and that was pleasant. Very nice employees and good speed. When I went in to order. I ended up placing a mobile order because I could do that faster than the guy was up front. And then it took 20 minutes to get my food. He almost gave it to door dash before she told him it wasn’t the right order. Then he read it back to me and it was correct as read back, so I took the food. Then we realized as it was too late that our food was incorrect. Tldr; Long wait, Incorrect food.
Great Burger however this is the napkin they gave me mind you there was two burgers
I visit this wendys because its less than 5 minutes from my house. My son is 3 and loves french fries lol. Hey he eats and gets to get out and see people during covid. Not consistent with food and how fully cooked anything but the normal French fry
Def choose this one over the one near stop n shop ,They r trash. This Wendys has a great crew great attitudes and great people..just great all around
Hot and Fresh like the commercial suggests. Ordering online was painful, I've heard the app is better. Ordered, let them know I was there when I arrived, they were working on it when I entered. Good value. The same food at 5 Guys would have been 30 bucks more. Family if 4, we all enjoyed it.
