Great staff and service Store is always lovely clean and tidy.. Product on the shelves are easy to find and if they're not of arms reach there is always staff around to ask for assistance or a tall customer to ask for assistance.

Popped in here to pick up a few groceries on my way North. Convenient parking under the building which is a Godsend when it is raining or too hot outdoors. A good shopping experience here.

Shocking service from checkout boy...too busy talking to someone else. False pricing advise in liquor department, when queried at checkout, no interest taken, just ignored. Would not be bothered to shop there again.

Unfortunately the worst service of any Countdown I've experienced at the Warkworth Countdown. Made me wait ages to pick up my click n collect order even though there was no queue or anything. When the rude lady finally found it the receipt, chips, bread, and breakables were all stacked at the bottom with heaviest items on top. Numerous items missing or weird substitutes and no service. When I asked to refund the weird items I hadn't ordered she was grumpy. Will definitely stick to New World in future as this Countdown was staffed by rude, old, entitled, pensioners with zero customer service skill or focus.
