I have been with kowhai surgery since I was a baby and now have a family of my own I have taken there since they were babies and have always had amazing receptionist greet me and help me out with any needs, unfortunately I have to say that is no longer happening as I have seen the same lady on reception every time, I've been in for some time now and she is very rude rolls her eyes and is never happy always speaks to to me very rudely ,if you cant have good customer service skill do not be the first person they see when walking in the door. I will be going else were with my family due to this being a regular thing and makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong. Very sad I will be leaving due to a reception lady treating me so badly on a regular basis.Find a job that isnt customer service if you cant be nice to people or smile.
My daughter's measles vaccine has been cancelled twice. Each time without warning on the day when it was supposed to happen. Reason, not enough vaccines left. This is unacceptable from a Health care surgery which should organise preventive care and inform patient before they turn up.
Due to multiple illnesses and conditions, I come here a lot. Everybody is absolutely superb and so kind. Reception is always welcoming and nurses are usually immediately available or will call you back ASAP. They can even see you right away if you come in with an injury or serious problem. My doctor is so thorough and caring. And you can usually see a doctor within 1-2 days and sometimes sooner. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
