I couldn't have found a better person that Emily to undertake aspects of my re-tenanting. I don't give five stars ligtly but she deserves six! Professional, knowledgeable, ethical, responsive, understood my needs and she delivered exactly what I wanted. In fact, I am considering handing over more of my Rental Management to her. Emily was wonderfully efficient and helpful in finding tenants for our property. Because it was only a short let (3 months) we had really struggled to find suitable tenants.
