On my first day after driving for five days straight, I was ordered by one of the female staff members to start eating something that I had no interest in eating, which is when I had refused to touch the food. This is also when I was physically restrained by another woman staff member who had twisted my arms far more than what was considered normal. This had gone on for three hours. I had ended up being a resident for five years. The If you said something that they didn't approve of or did something wrong. The chances of you receiving some kind of a punishment is highly likely

I wouldn't send my kid there. It's a pretty shady place, or at least it was when I worked there. We had to fill out daily behavioral reports for each kid in the houses, and we were instructed to find at least one thing wrong that they did. I was told to Mark something on the paperwork list of behavioral problems even when kids did not misbehave. I was told that the kids weren't there because they were good kids, even if it's being sneaky. I was told if they didn't do anything wrong, keep watching them because they would eventually

Honestly, the worst place ever. Went back there in 2014 for mental problems instead of behavioral, because they said they could treat it. Let me tell you, they did the complete opposite. They had ridiculous rules, like we couldn't sing songs that didn't have anything to do with jesus christ himself?! Don't even get me started on the punishments, like 250 lines just for looking at someone of the opposite gender?! And I was there nearly 6 months and they took their precious time and still didn't help me. Some mental home lol, can't do the one thing they have degrees and training for. I hope this place shuts down.

I went here when I was in third grade. While I hated how they handle you if you acted up, they were really nice. They rewarded you if you got to a certain level. Platinum level they called. Up to this day, I still know a lot of the teachers names. (Teachers as the adults. ) I am in 8th grade now and I am happy I went. I told them that I would make bracelets for them and I haven't yet. When I was there they had a garden. We got to pick out of it. While they need to look around the playground for dangers, they have a lot of scooters. The teacher is the classroom was amazing. Not much changed from what I was learning in school. I am still an overachiever. I still get straight A's. I really hope it hasn't gone down hill since then but if it has they just need some support. I learned a lot there. I would love to go back and visit. There are 3 girls house. One for good kids, one for bad kids, and one for in between. We got to watch the super bowl and have fun.
