STAY AWAY !! This company stole my S10 Samsung. They denied it and would not give it back claiming they sent it back to " head office". Why would I want my new phone that was at there store sent back? After demanding mg phone back because Bell can't do anything about it because they are a 3rd party dealer they would answer my calls. I reached out another source manager at this location name Nikki. At first she got the details and said yes this was wrong and we will get you a new phone. I emailed her everything she needed. She said she reached out to higher management and that I would get new phone. After waiting months and 1000.00 charged to my Bell account she gave me the run around for a week. One day I called and she turned into a totally different person when I asked where my phone was and when I could get it. She then hung up on me saying she has nothing to do with the situation as it didn't happen at her store !!! I still have not received my phone or any refund. I can not believe how shady this company is and how they can do this to people and get away with it!!!! Bell has suggest I get the camera reviewed and proceed to small claims. I also I have recording and being security at the mall confirming they have said they had it just missed placed it. I hope this this lesson for me helps someone else from having to deal with this. What is this world coming to. Shame on you !

Ordered a couple of items online. There was a sale going on at the Source as well as multiple other retailers, an item was on sale for 69.99 down from 99.99 so I thought I would grab a couple. Got an email today that my order was cancelled because they are out of stock, even though the website clearly showed that they were in stock when I ordered. And of course they only notify me of this once the item is no longer on sale anywhere. Talked to customer service as surely they can give me a raincheck or something similar. Got offered a 10 gift card. Yeah, I'll pass, thanks. I guess Best Buy it is...

Shout out to the three guys that helped my mom out with switching her plan over and getting her all hooked up. Elijah, Austin and David all were spectacular. They were patient and helpful. Answered the same question multiple times. They stayed late (without even mentioning it) so that my mom left happy. Every time I go to this store I have great service and am greeted right away!

Nikki and Emma were so amazing! Knowledgable and explained things so I could understand. They fixed a problem I was having with my phone and even helped with suggestions of products I would enjoy. They definitely have a customer for life!

I've always had great service at the Warman Source, but recently the staff really went above and beyond. On two occasions this month, while helping us sort out several phone upgrades, staff worked with us patiently for hours at a time, and willingly stayed in the store after closing time to ensure the job was done. On our second visit, one staff member even returned to the store after he was already done for the day, just to ensure continuity for us. Extremely thankful for and happy with the service!

I was initially having troubles getting a tablet set up on my account (not the stores fault) and had wonderful staff go out of their way to help me, one in particular who was making calls and trouble shooting for over an hour to make it work out. In the end it didn't work out that day but I left knowing the staff has done all that could to help. Today I ran into the staff member who was helping me that day and he suggested I come back and try again because it should work out this time, and it did. I was extremely happy with my service and with the staff there. Would definitely recommended this location over Amy others I've been to. Thank you again for the above and beyond help. :)
