I often wonder if the only people that leave reviews are kind of difficult to begin with. I just stopped in this store, and talked with the parts man and I had a wonderful experience. I was having a problem with my fireplace and he took the time to explain to me what I needed to do to do a fix without actually having to spend any money. Amazing people very courteous and very kind and I would definitely recommend giving them a shot

We were so happy with the new gas fireplace they installed in our basement that we are having them replace the existing fireplace upstairs. Very easy to work with, reliable!

Very poor customer service. We needed about 5 feet of pipe along with insulation. We had the pellet stove on a 3 inch riser went to one that sat flat on the floor. They came out 3 times. They couldn't add on 3 inches said we needed all new pipe because size had changed. After all of this they charged us 1000.00.

I’m a vendor for Steve the owner of warming trends. I’m extremely unhappy because he doesn’t pay his invoices. He’s an unprofessional shady business man. If this is the way he treats his vendors I wouldn’t be surprised if he cuts corners with the main business. Would not support this business and I’m asking others please don’t support someone that has people do work for him and then not pay them
