Excellent service, Warmwhite fitted our house with a full set of windows as well as a conservatory. Top notch service. cannot fault them. Fitters were friendly and literally bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. Will recommend them to anybody.

Whilst being surveyed for the installation of Double glazing for our 2 bedroom terraced house we specifically asked the rep from warm white windows whose name is Vic that we required clear glass for our bathroom as that was what we already had and he told us that it would be OK. The Job was carried out by one single man and at the end of it there was a lot of mess .Also we were wrongly sent frosted windows for the bathroom. The windows needed a lot of packing around the interiors and this was not finished by the installer. When we asked him about the bathroom windows he told us not to worry and that replacements had been ordered and would arrive shortly. That was two and a half months ago. No replacement have been sent and when I spoke to Vic at Warm white windows he called me a liar and said that we had never asked for clear windows in the bathroom. Even though on an earlier phone call we were told that the replacements were on their way.. I conclude therefore that the company is dishonest and very underhand. I am informed by close neighbours that at least two installers are needed to do a proper job. And why oh why do they keep lying about the clear glass that we asked for to go in the bathroom. We always had clear glass in the past with venetian blinds for privacy but we had a great view of our garden. We have been lied to and treated very shabbily. The company refuses to honour it's promises. I would never recommend them. It is going to cost quite a bit to repair all the damage to the walls around the windows where damage occurred. Beware any one who thinks of dealing with Warm White Windows

I run a building company in batter sea and had forgotten to order a window for a disabled wet room we where installing. I explained the situation to Warmwhite. They did everything they could to help even delivering the window personally. Couldn't recommend them or there products higher. Nice to see people with integrity and standards still in the industry. Warmwhite quoted for two windows very competitively and completed the work ahead of schedule. They were most friendly, polite and helpful. I have no hesitation in awarding them 5 stars!!!
