My sister was in and out of here following surgery. EVERY encounter was horrible. I think this facility greatly contributed to her death. She fell out of her wheel chair and died the next day. I called to speak with her nurse and she did not know she was not in the facility. This at 10 am and 3 shifts since my sis had left them. Sis had died the night before and her urse\ walked to her room to realize she was not there. She was post gastric bypass reconstruction surgery. They feed her a normal diet. NOT GOOD! She never got out of diapers. I never saw them changed. She never was assisted to the bathroom. No walker. No commode. I rang her call button. One hour later- NO person came. The Manager bullied us into paying 9000.00 or they would kick her out. She had Medicare. They never to date, have billed her claims correctly. I worked in insurance. You can't appeal - THEY have to submit correctly. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY!!! 1 star is the least I could pick.

I visit Warner Robins Rehab regularly. The building was recently completely renovated and looks amazing! The employees are extremely caring & compassionate. The nursing and rehab services are first class!!! I highly recommend Warner Robins Rehab & Nursing!

This building has been fully remodeled from top to bottom and is stunning! It’s apparent when walking around that the staff truly cares about the residents. The building is very clean, the food is delicious, and everyone has smiles on their faces. Both the therapy services and nursing care are top notch. I highly recommend Warner Robins Rehab!!!

WOW! Beautiful Newly Renovated Building! This caring Senior Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has been totally renovated and is beautiful! New patient rooms and bathrooms, new therapy gym, new dining room, new flooring, new nursing stations! I highly recommend this clinical and therapy team to care for your family member!
