Buying a house is one of those super fun things, just like going on an extra special once-in-a-lifetime holiday. The fun bit is looking online, picking and choosing. Once the big decision has been made, you just want it to all happen and be there. Regrettably, we all know the house buying reality is a lot different. So much to do, so much can go wrong and so much information requested about you and all you’ve ever done. Plus of course, all you’re ever likely to do for years to come, in terms of meeting the mortgage commitment. Well, that drama has now all changed. Pick up the phone, email, or somehow make contact with Steve Smith at Warners and he has a magic wand which he may agree to waggle on your behalf. I don’t think it’s quite like that but he has got us the last four successive mortgages and he is a genius. It’s not click your fingers and you’ll be on the beach, you have to do the distance. Although the good news is, he has a wand and a magic carpet. Once he has your info, you can sit back let him take the strain, a few puffs and before you know it, your feet will leave the ground and you’ll soon be in that new home, living the dream. Fantastic service from Mark Hood as always. Even during the lockdown, Mark was very accommodating and made sure to make time to fit in with my schedule for video calls and emails. Mark is just superb at what he does. He is on the ball, attentive and always there to answer any questions you may have. Personally I had great difficulty finding a mortgage during lockdown due to various reasons. Mark continued to 'hustle' and speak to lenders on my behalf.
