If I could I would give 4.5 stars. Very spacious room, well lit and clean. Two queen beds, microwave, fridge, TV, Keurig machine, table, good size bathroom. Breakfast, reception, gym, pool... on the first level. I had really pleasant stay here and I recommend it for all travelers. Amazing breakfast!
Beds comfortable, good breakfast for COVID times. It is a bit difficult to find, with no restaurants around. We like the middle of nowhere, but not everyone does. It is less than 10 minutes to the nys fairgrounds.
Water wont stay hot,its so important to have hot water. rooms are cold heater take practically all night to get warm bathrooms ice cold the heater doesn't flow in the vents in the restrooms. No plugs for cell phones you have to unplug the clock to plug your phone up. Not the holiday in express experience we are use too. This hotel needs work
The ONLY downside was the bed and that could just be because I prefer a softer bed and there bed was definitely firm. The young lady at the counter was lovely and I wish I had asked her name but I do know she's in college studying marine biology to work with sharks though!! She was amazing and so attentive to every customer she saw. Not only was she great, my daughter lost a 100 bill I had given her for shopping right outside her door and a wonderful gentlemen staying across the hall in 304 saw us in hallway and told us he had found a bill and when i asked my daughter, it WAS hers and he returned it!! How amazing is THAT!?? So i thought Id leave a lityle thank you and put a lil something on his bill. Thanks mister!! We had a GREAT experience, EVEN during Covid!!
I stayed here for business. The staff was courteous and the rooms were clean and comfortable. You could smell the freshness when you walked in. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any length of stay.
Max is the man Super accommodating beyond belief! If he is working that man will help you any way possible this guy definitely deserves some recognition. I’ll definitely stay here again I hope the rest of the staff is as outstanding as him
Still here, going well so far. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Hot tub jets were out of control though. Had to turn them off and sit in still water to feel relaxed. But, grateful pool area was open.
