Made a reservation 2 months in advance for an 6x12 enclosed trailer and 5 days before the date this place made no efforts to get me one. Uhaul dispatch operator located one in colonie for me, which warnerville could have gotten, but did not. This unprofessional place made me drive 2 hours to get my convenient rental? Go some where else!!
Very pleasant experience..the owner went out of his way to accommodate my needs with short notice ...
this place was horrible. the people never communicate with uhaul hardly at all. it was a big ordeal and not to point any fingers but my purse was stolen out of the car he hurried me away from to go inside to "get a receipt" that was instead emailed to me. they were all very unhelpful. i told them my purse was stolen on their property at about 9 in the morning. no one else was around but their workers who "saw nothing" so i would never recommend this place to anyone. they are scum. of course it is right next to a auto shop. i hope they are shut down. doesnt help the sheriff and him go way back. if i could give them negative stars i would. dont go here. or the self storage place ESPECIALLY if your from out of town.
