I've taken my dog and cats here for years. Dr. Donna is absolutely wonderful with the pets is thorough and reviews everything with me. And I've always had more than pleasant discussions with Mark at the front desk and he works with me to try to accommodate my scheduling requests. Are they super busy all the time? Sure. But if a vet always has immediate openings maybe they're not doing such a great job.

I am honored to say that EVERY conversation that I have had with Mark has been extremely pleasant over the years. You can tell just how passionate he is for the animals that are brought in to see Dr. Donna. He always has a smile on his face, even when you have clients who are late or disrespectful. I know I couldn’t do his job and deal with people like that. It seems to me that he bond with the animals as if they were his own. Hats off to anyone who takes their job as seriously as Mark does. That’s the kind of person you want to be in charge of seeing that your fur babies are being taken care of so well. Keep smiling, Mark. It’s GREATLY appreciated.

Mark, who answers the phones and checks in customers, is one if the biggest dbags you will come across in life. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The vet herself is nice, but Mark is very unwelcoming and rude.
