The process took several hours longer than it should have honestly, but my time was spent comfortable and I was well cared for. Someone was checking in with me often, everyone was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Mark and Sam, they are both absolute gentlemen. I didn't feel pressured at all, each individual I dealt with was very straight forward and patient. If you're looking for a Cadillac, I would refer you to this location!

I would've given more stars except my salesman, Kelvin Tuft, was slow, had no idea what he was doing and borderline rude. We were there three hours and we didn't even get a car! We came back from the test drive and he was no where to be found. Then, when we found him, he kept walking away with no explanation, gone for 15-20 min at a time leaving us sitting in his office. What was he doing??? I couldn't even get an estimate on my trade in until I demanded it as I was walking out of the office, then he rudely yelled out a price. He's in the wrong business I wouldn't buy anything from him!

Tried to get an out the door price on a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Needless to say that was impossible....dealership would not email me a price...What's the difference if I am there in person or on the computer a price is a price...I am not willing to drive 30 miles one way just to get a price....Their competitors had no problem with providing all the information I needed...That makes them a truly prestigious dealership..
