Returned CPAC oN March 3rd. They continued to charge my CC until June 30th Took three calls to get a credit and then they refused to credit me for supplies sent to me after CPAC had been returned. Please be careful with these guys. You can buy and own outright same CPAC for less than 850.00. They were charging me 196.17 per month! Customer service not helpful...please be careful.

Call the local phone number to be put on hold soooo long, you'll finally give up. My limit was 40 minutes.

We have the most horrible service. Pulmonary Dr sent new orders, 2 months later they ask me to call and get it. Nope not doing business with them again. I'd give them no stars if I could

This place is terrible. The receptionist is rude on the phone for starters, and they are damn-near impossible to get ahold of on the phone unless they call you and you happen to answer. I've called several times only for their phone to stop ringing as if someone had answered, but there was no one there and the call would just end. I've been trying for months to get ahold of them to try and get fitted for a new mask for my CPAP machine, but I was never able to get them to answer. They finally called me one day to say I had to return it because I had not met the minimum usage standard, and I asked if I could get an extension with a new mask, but they never called me back. Now I have to return my machine because they don't know how to run a business properly. We'll see how much of a nightmare it is for me to actually return it.

Returning a cpap has become a nightmare the last few months. Due to working and a new baby, the usage of the machine was 58 percent, so insurance stopped paying on it. Our options were to buy this 4k dollar machine or requailify for another 500 dollars. We chose to return and buy from another company. The last few months, I have called to schedule a pick up, no return on a phone call. Last week, I was finally set a date for yesterday when I told the company I would meet a driver halfway. I sat here waiting, nothing. I call again and they tell me to sit it outside on my porch step Thursday and friday and they will grab it. Sitting a 4k dollar machine outside runs the risk of being stolen or damaged due to the weather. So, they keep billing us for an equipment they refuse to pick up. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
