They are always nice and professional. Just a few days ago I went in and didn't realize they were just closing up, door was locked. Oops on my part, lol. So we (husband and me) started to walk away, a gentleman came out and asked if we were looking to get shoes real quick. I replied with yes, I knew what I wanted already. He brought us in and was quick to find my shoes. I've never had a bad experience here. And I will continue to come back.

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Great products and if they don't have what you want in stock they will order it for you. The first thing they do is measure your feet. I do not of any shoe store nearby like this store. My wife and I make a 50 mile roundtrip to go to this store and it is worth the trip.

Service was excellent and even though I know nothing about me feet the front counter employee was helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. If I lived in the area there is no place better to pick up quality product with a smile. I'm happy I spent my dollars at this locations. Would shop again!

Purchased my KEENS online for the first time in years. After buying my Keen brand shoes here for 3 years because buying local and supporting local businesses is important to me i had to stop shopping there today because the employees were not wearing masks. Sad to see that this locally owned business isn't trying to protect its customers. I care for my elderly father and have a son that is high risk so o have to be very careful. This pandemic is affecting locally owned businesses disproportionately and since I have a choice where to spend I guess ill spend online. Not because i want to but because i don't feel this locally owned business is safe for my Dad/son.
