We took my sister's computer into Office Depot to be fixed. Brittany, one of the store's employees, was kind enough to spend a few minutes with the computer, discovering that the solution was simple! The wifi had been turned off! She could have charged us, but didn't. She was professional, kind, and helpful. As a result, we decided to buy some of the things that we were on our way to Wal-Mart in Office Depot, just to say thanks for great and kind service.

Had them install Windows 8.1 to my pc and there was a small mistake made where they installed the 32 bit version when I wanted to 62 bit version. Well the Manger dusten when above and beyond do to fix my problem and my pc is running great.
