Don't recommend this shop; poor communication, left car for brake check - no call for more than a day, finally I called, was told fronts needed replace but NOT rears; rears WERE replaced without letting me know first, pricey & WORST PROBLEM: my driver side mirror trim was MISSING when i picked up vehicle - owner took NO responsibility - said since car was picked up \after hours\ (@ 7pm), he wasn't responsible for anything that happened on his property/ lot. Now I'm stuck with a trip to Subaru dealer - where I should have gone in the first place. Very sad & poor customer treatment. BEWARE! \Mysteriously\ shop called & said they found my mirror trim piece - \it must have fallen off & blown under next car in their lot\ hmmm, will see what dealer says. still think he broke & replaced the mirror.
I was traveling for vacation, and I ended up getting a screw in my tire on day 1 which is not the best way to start it.... I called over a dozen shops, but no one had the time to get me in within the next few days. Finally, one of them recommended Smith's. I called, and he said he could squeeze me in first thing the next morning. I was in and out in less than an hour, and he patched the tire easily. I'm so incredibly thankful for his kindness. 100% recommend!!
They are very professional and friendly. I have never felt like they were overcharging me or trying to sell me a service or repair I didn't need.
Honest, dependable, quality....then add to it reasonable....a great place to get your vehicle fixed....definitely a throwback to days of quality customer service.
