This place is walking distance from my house so it's super convenient for me. That's why I give it five stars, will be a four-star experience for others. Good prices good speed and if you're a local they are super super nice to you. I'm sure they are also very nice too out of towners :)

My wife and I just moved to Naperville so we were looking for a trusted mechanic. My neighbor (who is a 45 year hobby mechanic himself) recommended Voegtle's. Since then I have spoke with Charlie & Joe many times over the phone and in person, and they are always very helpful. I trust them. Their team also does great work. I service my own 1988 classic Mercedes 420, but Voegtle's maintains my wife's Mazda6. I don't usually look for the LEAST expensive shop, because when it comes to cars you usually get what you pay for, but Voegtle's offers COMPETITIVE prices. In fact, for most jobs so far they have offered the best price in the area. But again, if you're just looking for the cheapest option you should do the work yourself. The company speaks for itself....family-owned and operated; great people; great communication; fair and HONEST assessment; etc, etc.. They are the ONLY shop I'll use from here on out. Give them a call and tell them I sent ya.

They're an honest repair service that's so refreshing compared to most \stealerships\! I brought my car in to voegtles and what was wrong was still under warranty, they called me and told me to take it to dealership to get it repaired for free! They easily could have just repaired it and stayed silent. That's integrity!
