We relatively recently used Adele Carr to recruit a Semi Senior Accountant. The recruitment fee was very competitive and the service I got from the team there was fantastic - as was the candidate. Moreover this all happened just prior to COVID and they were really understanding in giving us some flexibility in our payment terms. I intend to use them for all my accountancy recruitment going forward. If you are an independent practice owner I highly recommend these guys!

I cannot praise Julie O'Leary highly enough. I registered with Adele Carr when I was feeling very insecure, as I had been made redundant from a position I had held for a long time and the redundancy was a shock that knocked me for six. I had a bad experiences with one particular recruitment agency and was ready to give up. Then I registered with Adele Carr, met Julie and was blown away by her enthusiasm. She was so inspirational, warm and friendly that after my initial interview I felt as if I could tackle anything. Julie placed me with an great organisation and I am part of a brilliant team. Contacted for a role. No feedback & never heard from Jennifer Wallis again. Poor follow up. I'd suggest availing yourselves of the larger agencies who aren't simply harvesting references to find genuine vacancies for job seekers..
