Overheard a conversation at my local climbing wall recommending this place and I’m so glad I did. My climbing shoes were VERY well loved (full of holes) and I wasn’t sure they were repairable, but Ian assured me via email they’d be good for repair. Sent them in just before Christmas and was surprised they were back with me within 5 days and good as new! Will absolutely use again in future. Thanks
Have a pair of hi tec boots that I didn't want to throw away because the sole was gone. Sent photos in before sending them for repair. Immediately received a response confirming that they could be resoled. Their 5 day turn around time convinced me as other repair services can take months. Happy with the result and service.
Brilliant. 4 pairs of rock shoes over the years and just had my daughter's much loved hill boots re-soled. Ian did his usual fantastic job. Much appreciated.
I checked before sending that my climbing shoes were all able to be saved, and was assured they were! Sent them off and they were returned, freshly resoled, very quickly.
