Spacious, clean with a wide range of products. Had to wait a while for customer services, however this is due to not having enough staff to meet demand. The staff are SO friendly, polite and are super helpful (and patient with people like me who don't understand computers that well!), the store manger just needs to rota more staff on so that they can actually pause for breath from time to time! The guy helping me said he hadn't stopped all day and whilst helping me he was also in the process of helping two other customers. Poor guy, still kept smiling though!

Good for looking around and the odd bargain, but being a large store finding a member of staff who can answer a question on a particular product is a task in itself as there are so many products so need to find the specialists in that section. Generally if I’m purchasing something from there I already know what I want I google any questions I have to ask.

Easy to get to from where I live. Good range of products, for kitchen & home plus accessories reasonable prices plenty of parking spaces Click & collect service. A very enjoyable experience .

They sell electrical goods. I was looking for some headphones. Not sure why there are some very expensive ones when a pair at 20 work just fine.
