Tried this on a whim and was so happy. Managers seemed to know everybody that came in which was so sweet. They actually talk to you and listen to what you want. Happy with my nails and they lasted three weeks. A hidden gem!

I recently tried this place due to being new to the area and the Google ratings. I had a good first experience at the shop where I got a gel manicure and pedicure. However, just over a week later, the gel polish on my fingers started chipping away at the bottom. For those of you who get gel polish, you know gel should last for 2-3 weeks with no chipping, especially from the nail beds. I called the shop and was told to come in to have my nails repaired for free yet when I got there the shop manager, Amy, treated me very poorly and offered many excuses to deny responsibility. She insisted the chipping was due to the brand of gel polish I chose which was OPI, that I was mistaken about when I got my nails done, and even told me to go back to my old nail salon. She was persistent about me paying for the repair rather than standing behind her work. Ultimately, she repainted my nails for free but didn't speak to me for the remainder of my time in the shop and was clearly annoyed with me. I would have loved to give this shop a better review yet due to the way I was treated when I had an issue, I will certainly not be returning. Mistakes happen yet there is no reason to be rude to people. I would not recommend as I do not want others to be treated this way after spending money here.
Had to wait 30-40 minutes seated on pedicure chair and then she was rushed and didn't do a good job at all. Cuticles weren't done right, and nail didn't look as good as it should. Not returning... Reply to the owner: yes I am sure and it was several weeks ago, it wasn’t today. There were two of us and we didn’t like the deal which was given to us in a first place. First impressions are most important.
Was there for the 1st time today and got a pedicure with the extras heated raps and they did a fantastic job and nice price. Will be back !!! Nice people
This place is amazing. Tons of variety of color and they are amazing with nail art. I've been seeing Amy for four years and refuse to go anywhere else.
