Not reliable service. There is a strange rule, that courier doesn't bring a parcel to an address, pointed for delivery, but sends SMS, saying that customer was not at home. Then - getting your parcel is your own problem. one more strange case was when i.was delivered a mail directed to person with the same name, but with different address. On post office decided the customer moved to different place? Few more negative cases, when a courier brought two times package broken during transportation. Every time courier run away so quickly, that even didn't checked ID before giving a parcel. I do not consider Polish Post a a service at all. It's a shame.
