A good place for sate in Batam. The meat is big, price was a bit pricey, but it is worth it. Cleanliness is poor, and the staff is helpful and quick. A recommended place to eat.

This place is known for the sate kambing. You should try with sweet sauce. They also sell other food such as soto and gulai kambing. If you don't like kambing(lamb), you can try other food such as sate ayam or sup sapi. It is equally good. They also sell coconut which i think is a good match for the meal here. Will be going back there very soon.
For lamb lovers...... Lamb satay and gule kambing recommendad.. Chicken satay not nice..... Pleaae don't expect dining on restaurant or fine dining ok. This place we called kaki Lima which is food that sell on road side.

This is the best Sate Restaurant in Batam since I lived here. The location is not easy to notice from the main street because you need to get into smaller street. It doesn't have parking area so you must park your vehicle at the both side of the street. Well, for me it is not convenient. The enterance doesn't have disabled people access. The cleanliness is average, not clean yet dirty. Faucets are prepared therefore you can eat barehanded. There are sate kambing (goat meat) and ayam (chicken) plus Gulai (curry with goat bone and meats). Those options are the best. Of course, there's good taste for good money. Yup, the price is costy for 10 sates and 1 portion of Gulai, you need to spend Rp. 110.000. But it is worthed. Conclusion, it is recommended culinary spot to visit.
