I called for a simple extraction.The gentleman who answered was totally professional, and cared about my dilemma. Will was the perfect " first voice you hear" in this situation. From the minute I was seen, I felt comfortable. I checked in, it was easy to do on tablet.I was taken in and had x-rays etc. The girl was extremely informative, professional and caring.She talked me through the entire process where I was then seen by the hygienist. This visit was so thorough and easy I am actually excited to start working on my teeth!I finally saw the dentist who clearly is your typical type "a"personality...smart, diligent, and proactive. He came up with a great plan that was a long time coming. Thank you to all the staff at Aspen dental in Warwick for being so awesome. This is a great place to be .For anyone who needs a dentist, this is a lucky find.

The staff was great! Before my appointment, I was having trouble with my insurance so I called in. Samantha was a pleasure on the phone and in helping me through my issues. She was able to resolve everything! When I arrived Sage checked me in and made me feel comfortable with the Covid guidelines and her great attitude. During my cleaning Melissa was amazing and did a great job! Not only was she great at what she does, she answered all my questions, and we had a great general conversation. After, Samantha was there again to help me with scheduling and understanding my costs! Everything went very smoothly and I can’t wait to be back!
Every staff member from the customer service over the phone, to ladies at the front desk to the dental assistant to the doctor truly played a part In not only assuring and comforting me, they helped me to see that this is the dental office I've been looking for, for a long time. I'm ready to take care of my smile and I'm feeling confident that Aspen dental will help me to achieve my goals. They are also very kind and understanding to anyone experiencing dental anxiety!
One of the biggest problems with this place is billing or the lack there of. At the beginning of my start I received a breakdown of all the services, fees, the dental insurance breakdown and my out of pocket payments. My teeth were really bad so I just accepted it. Due to the lack of billing, I am always surprised and upset when I am asked by the receptionist if I know I have a balance. Every time I go there I pay whatever is owed. The amounts I owe are always in the 100s of dollar range. Once I have received a bill in the mail. I heard the receptionist tell Will (who is very nice) that he might want to meet with me about my account because “She seems confused.” There were others in the waiting room as well. I have not had any problems with staff. They are very respectful and do what needs to be done. I spoke with someone regarding this concern and she was very nice. I said maybe I should be asking what I owe before keeping the appointment for budgeting purposes. Why don’t we get bills in the mail like other medical offices? As someone that ran a billing office I know there are ways to make this better. What happens if I don’t have the money when I go for my appointment? Looking at other reviews I see others are complaining about costs and feeling like they are being nickeled and dimed. This was tried on my daughter who has beautiful teeth. She went for a second opinion and was told there’s nothing wrong with her teeth and they said to her “you went to Aspen Dental right?” I would prefer a monthly bill or statement that I can match to my EOBs to make sure the financial pieces match. Staff no problem. Processes stink.
