Warwick Gates is an enormous development of new homes. There are multiple builders and each part has its own character and style. If you are looking for a new home in the area, you need to inspect it all yourself and find if it meets your needs. You need to do your own homework.

Selection of house types in a hugh area. Nearby superstore. Lot of construction still going on
Scam Scam Scam.. Very poor customer service. First we reserved one of their property in Warwick gates by paying 500 and cancelled the reservation next day itself. I have been told, refund will take 5-7 days. But they didn't actually cancel the reservation when I asked them to cancel at the first time, I started receiving bunch of emails from their people and they were asking me to proceed with the documentation and stuffs. I had to call them again to check what's going on.. Then their customer service member said your reservation is not actually cancelled yet, would you like to keep the reservation, if we offer more money towards your moving cost(They had already offered 12K at the initial stage). These people are ridiculously irresponsible.. Still I am receiving emails and till now I haven't received my money back, I raised complaint and they are keep on telling me, this issue will be resolved in 10 days. Shame on them..

We moved into our Barratt home at Warwick Gates just before Christmas and we love it! As expected with any new house there were snags but we were reassured that these would be rectified. We created a list which is being dealt with efficiently by Chris and Jamie from the site team who we must say are a true credit to the firm. They have been around to advise us when needed and have helped us with any problems we have had. Christine and Simon in the sales team were also very helpful. A good friend of ours has also purchased a new build with a different developer close by and having witnessed the poor standard of finish and the issues he has had with getting problems around his home rectified has made us realise how lucky we are to have purchased with Barratt Homes and especially for having Jamie and Chris on site to help with our after sales process.
