We partnered with BlackFireFlms team to create PetShop.co.uk videos and photos to showcase our business and help get our personal message across to our customers. With the help and direction from John (Black Fire Films) we were amazed and delighted at the end result that Black Fire Films created. Not only did they exceed our expectations on the quality and creative side but they really helped produce and guide us on the audio video script to ensure we really got our personal tone across. Blackfire Films are absolutely fantastic! It was an extremely cold day in February, but the Blackfire team were dressed for the weather and remained professional throughout the day. The filming took place in a busy coach yard, therefore we all wanted to cause as little disruption as possible. The Blackfire team kept this in mind at all times especially when having to film some of the action shots. The brief was to create a case study of a successful install project, which would feature a crime watch type element to it. An extra was provided to help with this. One of the people we wanted to film was nervous about being in front of the camera however the team made him feel at easy and briefed him on how it all worked in order to make him feel as comfortable as possible. The end result exceeded what we expected. It has also had positive feedback from all who've seen it. Colleagues from our US and New Zealand offices have also taken the video to show to their potential customers.
John Davies and the team at Blackfire Films are real professionals with integrity and a lot of creativity! Seeing them in action at the TEDxPeterborough was impressive. I look forward to working with them on future projects.
